Sanshoku Engawa Bento

Artisan tri-colour bento with hand-torched Engawa (tail fin muscle of a flounder). It has a soft and slightly chewy texture with a buttery flavor that melts gracefully in your mouth. Served with our own made Kinshi Tamago and sesame seasoned spinach over a bed of Japanese rice. A total delight to savour.
